Ruths Toffee

Ruth developed a fondness for toffee when her sister came home in high school with an elderly neighbor’s toffee recipe. Ironically, this same recipe was later found in her grandmother’s worn cookbook. As Ruth watched her sister’s efforts to conquer the sometimes challenging candy, her interest in toffee thrived because of its complex nature and buttery-crunchy taste. After earning a degree in Piano Pedagogy from the University of Colorado at Boulder, and then marrying in 1975, Ruth constantly strove to make exceptional almond toffee with a symphony of flavors.

Roberto's Salsa

The year: 1988. The place: a kitchen in Fort Collins, Colorado. But from these humble beginnings came a recipe that would change the salsa landscape, and create cravings that cannot be satisfied by anything other than our vine-ripened tomatoes, fresh onions, fresh cilantro, and carefully curated selection of spices.

Sherpa Chai

Sherpa Chai isn't just the chai Pemba's mother made him. It's the chai her mother made for her. The chai her mother's mother made before that. This recipe has been integral to the Sherpa people that built their homes high in the Solukhumbu region of Nepal. During each venture, he would leave his mark by donating cloths, time, and money to uplift the residents of each location. Pemba eventually made Boulder, Colorado his basecamp, directing and leading over 40 trips to Nepal over the course of 15 years. In 2001, Pemba started Sherpa's Adventurer's Restaurant and bar. It was here the first gallons of his age-old recipe were made, which evolved into the creation of the Sherpa Chai brand in 2015.

Swallowtail Foods, LLC was founded by Jennifer Lopez in 2013.  Jennifer’s love and passion for the culinary arts began 30+ years ago at California State Polytechnic University where she studied hospitality management, food science, & product/menu development. I’ve been growing 30+ years and invite you to enjoy my organic herbs and explore their healing energy. In addition to incredible flavors, herbs provide many health benefits. Your healthy and creative space will be honored!

It all begins in mid-winter when the organic seeds are sown indoors, awaiting the warmth of spring to
grow and thrive.

A variety of potted herbs are available early spring thru late summer and usually include Basil, Bee Balm, Echinacea, Marjoram, Oregano, Rosemary, Sage and Thyme.

Mid-summer, a variety of fresh Basil Pesto is prepared. Flavors include Naked (no cheese, no nuts), classic Pine Nut, Pistachio, Cashew and Balsamic Cashew.

Dried herbs are available year-round. The herbs are air-dried and the whole leaves are delicately harvested to release maximum flavor when hand crushed or cut.

Wild Zora

Zora Tabin, Founder of Wild Zora Foods, grew up abroad and with a much greater understanding of food. When it was time to learn to cook, Zora was taught to walk out to the garden, gather the ingredients needed for your meal and begin prepping. There was no concept of running to the store to grab something quickly, it was all homemade, start to finish. After coming to America and realizing even our "healthy" snacks weren't really healthy, she saw a problem she knew she could solve.  In 2014 Zora introduced the bars to the public at the farmers market near her house, and the rest is history.

Cold Mountain Craft

Trevor A. Washko is a naturalist, a writer, and a leather craftsman. He developed his craft during my several years spent dwelling in the high mountains surrounding Aspen, Colorado, where he served as the resident naturalist and “mayor” of the silver mining ghost town of Ashcroft. He spent countless days hiking and snow-shoeing the area, guiding and teaching visitors from around the world, with his field journal in hand. After many journals failed to hold up to the harsh days, he designed and created a leather cover to protect his thoughts and observations. Beyond a faint, winding uphill path, he escaped for quiet time on Cold Mountain. There, at a cabin perched at 10,000 feet, Cold Mountain Craft was slowly born.

Don Juan Chilies

Don Juan Chiles story begins like so many other family operated businesses—in the kitchen. Initially, burritos were the founder’s, Dinah & Rene Vizcarra Senior’s, primary product. However, the feedback on the burrito’s authentic flavor prompted a change in direction.

As a result, the family has distributed bulk chiles, spices, herbs, and teas since 1991, and created the Don Juan Chiles brand in 2003, named in memory of Rene Senior’s father. Don Juan Chiles’ mission is to provide grocers, restaurants, and local shops with quality chilies and spices that enhance each meal while bringing families together.

Alpine Wine Design is the result of the combination of my two passions, woodworking and wine. I began with the simple idea of transforming retired wine barrels and old shipping crates into useful home décor, and in 2006 I sold my first item at an art show in Colorado.

Hello, Im Stephanie Baudhuin, owner and co-founder of Crummies. Alaskan born but Colorado is where my home is. I made my career as a graphic and print designer, prior to becoming a vegan food entrepreneur. My husband and I and our two doggies live in Milliken. We moved here back in 2010 and have watched the area grow immensely, all while keeping a nice small town vibe.

After research and a lot of taste testing, we came up with our Meatless Crumble recipe. All natural, clean, and as versatile as ground meat.

Charlie-Joe Chai

CharlieJoe Chai (CJC) is a Colorado-based beverage company specializing in chai tea. Inspired by the chai wallahs of India who serve up little cups of sophisticated deliciousness, CharlieJoe spent 20 years perfecting his signature blend of tea and fresh ground spices. Although he first encountered this amazing drink during his numerous visits to India for humanitarian work, CharlieJoe’s mission to share authentic chai started over his own stovetop where he would brew up batches of fresh chai for neighbors and friends. As word of this incredible concoction spread, requests for a way to easily recreate the same epiphany of flavor began to pour in.

Teakoe

The unique Teakoe name has an interesting history. Stemming from a family heirloom, a tin of pekoe tea, our founder Pete found synergy between “tea” and the high-grade nomenclature “pekoe”. Upon his revelation, research showed Pyrex owned the trademark during the 60’s & 70’s, but the mark had expired… on the exact day & year, Pete was born! We certainly think the stars aligned on this one.

Nancy Zoller Pottery

Nancy Zoller Pottery is fine hand-crafted stoneware, capturing the depth and beauty that only a long gas reduction firing can achieve. “Each piece is created solely by me.” Wheel-throwing and hand building are part of my Ceramic practice, usually combining these two techniques. Surface texture is also essential in my body of work incorporating leaves, shells, and various textures that emulate nature’s perfect footprint. Slip trailing, carving and the use of my signature “raised leaf” bisque molds are all a part of my body of work.

Cyd's C-Rollers

First-generation Colorado native. She is a mother of three beautiful children. Nana of two very brilliant and just as beautiful grandchildren. "I am very happily married to the best man I've ever known next to my father." - Cyd.

She has lived and worked in the Loveland area for most of her life. Most recently, I was your server at Johnson's Corner. I love this community and the people in it! I can't wait to be serving you your next cinnamon roll or as I like to call them Cyd's C-Rollers!

Unleash The Crunch

In early 2020, Unleash The Crunch owners got a golden retriever puppy, Aspen. The first few months with her were incredibly challenging because everything she would eat would make her sick. We were up every night on the hour for three months. After several visits to the vet, they found out that she had a food allergy and had to be put on a special diet.

Once Aspen's stomach was better, they decided to make some of my dog biscuits and have her try them. It was a success! She didn't get sick and in fact, her energy was great. They started training her using the treats and now she is an official batch tester for Unleash The Crunch.

Since starting, Unleash the Crunch has expanded the original recipe to highlight seasonal favorites. Keep an eye out for the next release! All natural and preservative free. The biscuits your dog has been waiting for!

Papa Joe's Local Honey

Loveland Bee Helper provides local unprocessed honey and bee-related products to the public at farmer's markets and now at a storefront at 4855 W. Eisenhower Blvd. They have honey in various size jars, comb honey, and creamed honey, candles, healing creams, and balms made with beeswax.
